Problem: PHPEdit crashes when clicking on the "Open" or "Save as" icon

This crash can be induced by Windows' "Data Execution Prevention" functionnality. If "Data Execution Prevention" is enabled on you machine, make sure PHPEdit is in it's exclusion list.
