Version

A project has several version. Versions are specifc to a project. You need to create a version for each release of your software. Management of versions is done in the administration, in the version section.
To add a version, clink on Add a version in the version list. This will display a form asking you for the following fields :

• Number : Number of this release (Example : 1.0.2)
• Name : Name of this release
• Description: Explains the main plans for this release. This description is used inside the RoadMap module.
• Released: Has this version been released ?
• Release notes: If so, explain what are the major changes of this release.
• Release date: when has it been released ?

From the version grid you can :

• Add a new version
• Release a version
• Cancel a release (move back to the unreleased satus)
• Edit a version properties
• Delete a version

Unreleased versions can be explored from the RoadMap module whereas released versions are available throught the ChangeLog module.
